## At a glance

- **What it is:** a review layer for web agencies. Clients click and edit the real staging page; you receive typed, validated changes.
- **Who it's for:** agencies that build with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
- **Status:** onboarding a small group of pilot agencies.

## The problem

Client feedback arrives as email threads, annotated screenshots, voice notes and calls. Somebody then has to decode it and rewrite it as tickets. Each round costs a meeting and eats margin.

## How it works

1. Add one script tag to your staging site and share a private review link.
2. The client edits the real page: new copy, a colour, an image, a hidden section.
3. You accept or reject each change individually.
4. Export an implementation brief in Markdown or a versioned JSON ChangeSet.

## Deliberately small

VisuMerge supports four kinds of change (`SET_TEXT`, `SET_STYLE`, `REPLACE_IMAGE`, `SET_VISIBILITY`). It is not a page builder: clients propose, your team decides and implements in the source code.

## Security by design

The widget runs in a Shadow DOM, edits only change the browser preview, operations are schema-validated with no arbitrary code, and review links are random, hashed, scoped to one hostname and revocable.
