VisuMerge

Clients edit your real staging site. You get a structured ChangeSet that developers and coding agents can implement.

At a glance

What it is
a review layer for web agencies. Clients click and edit the real staging page; you receive typed, validated changes.
Who it's for
agencies that build with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
Status
onboarding a small group of pilot agencies.

The problem

Client feedback arrives as email threads, annotated screenshots, voice notes and calls. Somebody then has to decode it and rewrite it as tickets. Each round costs a meeting and eats margin.

How it works

  1. Add one script tag to your staging site and share a private review link.
  2. The client edits the real page: new copy, a colour, an image, a hidden section.
  3. You accept or reject each change individually.
  4. Export an implementation brief in Markdown or a versioned JSON ChangeSet.

Deliberately small

VisuMerge supports four kinds of change (SET_TEXT, SET_STYLE, REPLACE_IMAGE, SET_VISIBILITY). It is not a page builder: clients propose, your team decides and implements in the source code.

Security by design

The widget runs in a Shadow DOM, edits only change the browser preview, operations are schema-validated with no arbitrary code, and review links are random, hashed, scoped to one hostname and revocable.
